Am pregatit intr-un vas apa cu sare in care am lasat feliile de vineta cam 10-15 minute. Pe fundul unui vas am pus una lingura ulei de masline apoi un strat de vinete apoi unul de rosii. Intre timp am pregatit celelalte ingrediente laptele, untul topit si sarea le-am pus intr-un vas, am adaugat drojdia si am framantat pe rand cu faina. Aluatul l-am lasat in vas la dospit acoperit cu un servet intr-un loc ferit de curenti reci de aer. Pe fiecare parte a cosuletului am mai pus o bucatica de branza. Asa ca am adus cu noi acasa si am incercat diverse preparate. Am curatat usturoiul si l-am taiat bucatele, nici prea mici nici prea mari. Cus-cus-ul l-am pus intr-un vas peste care am turnat apa calduta cam 250 ml. Cand s-au inmuiat am adaugat si cus cus-ul si le-am lasat inca zece minute la prajit.Cand am stins am adaugat 100 grame telemea rasa si am amestecat cu morcovul si cus cus-ul.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://picasaweb.google.ro/lh/photo/g3mo2mvbuJl1aTl45CeeLw?authkey=Gv1sRgCIrRkoDh_bT1Xg&amp;feat=embedwebsite"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/__15wYibFEVw/SnWg40rgheI/AAAAAAAAADU/JSccq4Ypjns/s400/P7090026.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Am pus in fiecare bucata de vineta un pic de ulei si apoi am umplut cu ajutorul unei linguri fiecare vineta in parte. Deasupra fiecareia am pus un mot de telemea. Le-am asezat intr-o tava tapetate cu hartie de copt in care am mai pus un pic de apa si o lingura ulei. Se inglobeaza incet incet si uleiul in aluatul obtinut. Condimentam si lasam deoparte umplutura. Punem ouale (2) la fiert, cand sunt fierte le decojim si le taiem felii. Scoatem aluatul din frigider si intindem o foaie subtire. Taiem cu o cana destul de mare cerculete.
